手术中应用Na~+微电流检测技术快速检测乳腺肿瘤

【摘要】 目的:探讨手术中快速定性检测乳腺肿瘤新方法。方法:选择手术中进行冷冻切片诊断的乳腺新鲜组织标本33例,同步应用Na~+微电流检测技术和冷冻切片技术进行诊断。设定检测标准良性病变Na~+微电流曲线值<0μA,恶性病变>0μA。组织标本放入37℃恒温水浴锅中复温1-3min,取出后吸净表面水分,将探头置于组织上,荧屏上出现红色黑色两条并行曲线,多点检测后取平稳黑色曲线值做出判定。检测后标本进行常规病理检查。结果:33例中Na~+微电流检测方法与冷冻切片、石蜡切片方法诊断不符合3例,符合率90.91%。结论:应用Na~+微电流检测方法术中可在几分钟内对乳腺病变定性进行检测,与冷冻切片方法同时应用可以互相印证诊断,但不能进行组织学分型。

【Abstract】 Objective:To search a rapid qualitative diagnostic method for breast lesions in operation.Methods: Thirty three cases of intraoperative fresh breast specimens were qualitatively diagnosed by both Na~+ micro - current detection and frozen section synchronously.The diagnosis standard of tumor detector was set as:benign lesion numerus of Na~+ micro - current was less than 0μA and malignant was more than 0μA.The detected tissues were put into ther-mosatatic waterbath and rewarmed for 1 - 3 minutes.After superficeal water was blotted up,the probe was placed on tissues.Red and black plot of micro - current appeared on the screen of detector,and black was determined as the value. Results:Coincidence of Na~+ micro - current detection with frozen section and prarffin method was 90.91%.Conclusion: Na~+ micro - current detection can make a rapid qualitative diagnosis within a few minutes.It can raise accurate of pathologic diagnosis applying with frozen section synchronously.But it could not discriminate the type and classification of tumor tissue.
