【摘要】 目的:观察三维适形放疗(3DCRT)联合高能聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗晚期胰腺癌近期疗效。方法:26例晚期胰腺癌给予3DCRT治疗,同时给予HIFU辅助治疗。结果:26例患者均可评价疗效,临床受益指数达到96.15%。肿瘤体积变化CR 1例、PR 8例、NC 15例、PD 2例。1、2年生存率分别为84.61%、53.85%,中位生存期16.9个月。结论:3DCRT联合HIFU治疗晚期胰腺癌无痛苦、无创伤,临床受益指数高,生存期延长,无明显的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT)in combianation with high intensitv focused ultrasound(HIFU) on treating advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:A total of 26 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated by 3DCRT combined with HIFU.Results:The clinical beneficial indice was 96.15%.Of the 26 cases,there was one case complete response,8 cases partial response,15 cases no change,2 cases progress.The 1-and 2-year survival rates were 84.61% and 53.85% respectively,mediam survival period was 16.9 months.Conclusion:3DCRT in combinatiom with HIFU is a safe,minor-invasive treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer.更多还原
