【摘要】 目的:研究乳腺癌术后患者血液凝血功能的变化。方法:随机选出50名(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级)乳腺癌患者,分别测定手术前后凝血系列(FIB,TT,PT,APTT,ALT)。结果:乳腺癌患者术后FIB明显高于术前(P<0.05),APTT明显低于术前(P<0.05),PLT较术前增高(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者血液呈高凝状态,因而术后存在深部静脉血栓和肺栓塞的危险,及时预防治疗具有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To invest the change of perioperative hemostatic alterations in patients with breast cancer.Methods: To test the serial of perioperative hemostatic alterations(FIB,TT,PT,APTT,PLT)in 50 breast cancer patients(ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade).Results: FIB and PLT of the patiets with breast cancer were higher preoperatively than that postoperatively(P<0.05),APTT obviously decreased postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with breast cancer in postoperative stage were in hypercoagulabale state(HCS),consequently,deep vein thrombosis(dvt) and lung embolism may develop,prevention and therapy in time are important.更多还原
