微血管密度和细胞周期调控蛋白B1表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性的关系
Microvascular-density and cell cycle regulation protein B1 and the radiotherapy sensitvity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:探讨微血管密度、细胞周期蛋白B1与放射治疗前后鼻咽癌肿瘤体积的关系。方法:对76例病理证实的鼻咽癌患者放疗前鼻咽活检组织进行MVD、CyclinB1免疫组化染色,在50Gy、70Gy、放疗结束后6个月行增强CT扫描,计算肿瘤体积,用SPSS10.0统计软件进行Spearman等级相关分析及偏相关分析。结果:ClydinB1表达与V50/V0,V70,V6m的关系:与V50/V0P=0.036;与V70P=0.199;与V6mP=0.142。MVD表达与V50/V0,V70,V6m的关系:与V50/V0P=0.036;与V70P=0.199;与V6mP=0.142。ClydinB1表达与MVD关系:P=0.000。结论:微血管的生成是鼻咽癌生长的关键,它的高低与临床放射敏感性密切相关。CyclinB1与临床放射敏感性指标V50/V0(肿瘤退缩率)密切相关。ClydinB1与MVD密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relation between microvascular-density(MVD),cell cycle protein B1 this M,G2 period cells with radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods: For 77 cases of pathologically proven nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients before radiotherapy CyclinB1 and MVD were tested by immunohistochemical methad.Results: ClydinB1 expression and V50/V0,V70,V6m relations :V50/V0 P=0.036;V70 P=0.119,V6m P=0.142,V50/V0 MVD expression and V70,V6m,V50/V0 P=0.036;V70 P=0.119,V6m P=0.142.ClydinB1 MVD expression P=0.000.Conclusion: Microvascular density of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is closely related with clinical radiation sensitivity.CyclinB1 and clinical radiation sensitivity index V50/V0 are closely related.
