【摘要】 目的:观察米托蒽醌对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的影响。方法:台盼蓝拒染观察药物对细胞的不良反应,流式细胞术观察药物对细胞周期的影响。结果:米托蒽醌对MCF-7细胞具有明显的增殖抑制作用,呈一定的时效性;药物作用MCF-7 48h后能引起其细胞周期发生变化。结论:米托蒽醌能明显地抑制MCF-7细胞的增殖,并能引起其细胞周期变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of mitoxantrone on MCF-7 cell lines.Methods: The effects of mitoxantrone on the proliferation of MCF-7 cell lines were detected by Trypan blue dye exclusion assay,the changes of cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Results: Mitoxantrone had strong cytotoxicity to MCF-7 cell lines with dependence of time.After treated with mitoxantrone for 48h,abnormality of cell cycles could be induced in MCF-7 cells.Conclusion: Mitoxantrone could inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cell lines and induce the abnormality of cell cycles.更多还原
