【摘要】 目的:研究白藜芦醇对胃癌细胞株HGC27细胞细胞周期的影响。方法:不同浓度的白藜芦醇作用于HGC27细胞,用流式细胞术分析细胞周期。结果:白藜芦醇作用后,HGC27细胞的增殖速度减缓,DNA合成减少。白藜芦醇在较低浓度时即可诱导G0/G1阻滞。结论:白藜芦醇可诱导胃癌细胞发生G0/G1阻滞,S期减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Resveratrol on the growth,development,cell cycle and apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells HGC27.Methods:Cells were treated by different concentration of resveratrol,and analyze cell cycle by flow cytometry.Rusults:After the treatment with Resveratrol,HGC27 cells proliferated more slowly.The synthesis of DNA decreased.Resveratrol at low concentration can induce fast and reversible blockage at phase S.Conclusion:Resveratrol could induce gastric carcinoma cells apoptosis.Suitable concentration of resveratrol could prevent tumor in early stage.更多还原
