【摘要】 目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床诊断、非手术治疗和手术治疗的适应证。方法:回顾性分析43例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床资料。结果:浆细胞性乳腺炎临床表现多样,以乳房肿块多见,辅助检查特征性表现不多。本组13例经非手术治疗而治愈;30例行手术,其中病变乳腺小叶切除术20例,病灶局部楔形切除术4例,乳房单纯切除术2例,脓肿切开引流术3例,慢性窦道及瘘管切除术1例。结论:本病临床表现易与乳腺癌相混淆,外科手术是彻底、有效的治疗方法,应行术中快速冰冻切片及术后石蜡切片病理检查确诊。对于急性期、年龄30岁以下或55岁以上、病程短于3周者,可先行抗炎、局部理疗、乳管冲洗等非手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment or non-surgical treatment indications for plasma cell mastitis.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out to analyse 43 cases with plasma cell mastitis.Results:The clinical manifestations of plasma cell mastitis varied with no characteristic in auxiliary check,although breast lumps were common.13 patients in this study were cured by non-surgical treatment,30 cases received surgical treatment.Among them,20 cases received breast lobular resection,4 cases received breast wedge resection,2 cases received breast resection,3 cases received abscess incision and 1 case received chronic sinus road and fistula resection.Conclusion: It is easy to confuse plasma cell mastitis with breast cancer.Surgical treatment is a complete and effective treatment,frozen section during surgery and postoperative pathological examination should be performed to confirm diagnosis.For the patients <30 years old or >55 years old,the course is shorter than 3 weeks who are in acute phase,non-surgical treatment such as anti-inflammatory,local physiotherapy and duct cleaning should be first carried.更多还原
