【摘要】 目的探讨杜香提取物熊果酸的抗肿瘤作用。方法采用水蒸气蒸流法制备杜香提取物熊果酸,用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测其对人红白血病细胞株K562、乳腺癌细胞株Bcap37及肺癌细胞株A549的生长抑制作用。结果杜香提取物熊果酸对癌细胞K562、Bcap37及A549的生长有抑制作用,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论杜香提取物熊果酸有显著的抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-tumor activities of ursolic acid extracted from Ledum.Methods Vapor distillation method was used to extract ursolic acid from Ledum,the inhibitory effect of the extract on tumor cells proliferation was assayed by MTT method in human leukemia cell line K562,breast cancer cell lines cap37 and lung cancer cell line A549,respectively.Results The extract from Ledum displayed obvious proliferation inhibitory effects on K562,Bcap37 and A549 cells(P<0.01).Conclusion The extract from Ledum showed significant antitumor effects.更多还原
