【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌pS2蛋白及c-erbB-2表达与临床病理因素的关系,评估其作为乳腺癌预后判断和内分泌治疗指标的价值。方法采用免疫组化法检测512例乳腺癌组织中pS2及c-erbB-2表达,分析pS2及c-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移、病理类型、ER、PR的关系。结果 512例病例中,pS2阳性表达率为40.62%,c-erbB-2强阳性(+++)表达率为9.77%。无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者的pS2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者(χ2=69.896,P<0.01);浸润性小叶癌患者的pS2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于浸润性导管癌患者(χ2=136.265,P<0.01)。浸润性导管癌患者的c-erbB-2蛋白强阳性表达率明显高于浸润性小叶癌患者(χ2=8.926,P<0.01);PR阳性患者中c-erbB-2蛋白强阳性表达率显著高于PR阴性患者(χ2=4.791,P<0.05)。ER阳性患者中c-erbB-2蛋白强阳性表达率显著高于ER阴性患者(χ2=10.157,P<0.01)。结论在乳腺癌中c-erbB-2和pS2的表达水平与乳腺癌病理类型、是否有淋巴结转移、ER、PR水平密切相关,可以作为乳腺癌的预后判断和术后选择针对性辅助治疗方法的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of pS2 and c-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer with the clinicopathological features,and to evaluate the value of pS2 protein and c-erbB-2 in judgment of the prognosis of breast cancer and the endocrine therapy. Methods Immunhistochemistry was used to detect the pS2 protein and c-erbB-2 expression in 512 patients with breast cancer. The relationships of the positive expression of pS2 and c-erbB-2 with lymphatic metastasis,pathology type,estrogen receptor( ER) and progesterone receptor( PR) were analyzed. Results In 512 patients with breast cancer,the rates of pS2( + ) and c-erbB-2( + + + ) were 40. 62% and 9. 77% ,respectively. The pS2 protein expression was significantly higher in breast cancer patients without lymph node metastasis than that of patients with lymph node metastasis ( χ2 = 69. 896,P < 0. 01) ,and also significantly higher in patients with lobular carcinoma than that of patients with invasive ductal carcinoma( χ2 = 136. 265,P < 0. 01) . The c-erbB-2 protein expression was significantly higher in invasive ductal carcinoma patients than in patients with lobular carcinoma( χ2 = 8. 926,P < 0. 01) ,higher in PR positive patients than that in PR negative patients ( χ2 = 4. 791,P < 0. 05) ,and also higher in ER positive patients than that in ER negative patients ( χ2 = 10. 157,P < 0. 01) . Conclusion In breast cancer,c-erbB-2 expression and pS2 expression are closely related to the histological type of breast cancer,lymphatic metastasis,ER and PR level. They could be the indicators to estimate the prognosis of breast cancer and select the pretinence adjuvant therapy after operation.更多还原
