【摘要】 目的建立当归中藁本内酯的含量测定方法。方法建立高效液相-紫外检测法,采用Hypersil ODS2柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20),流速1ml/min,检测波长350nm。结果藁本内酯在0-2.26μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.1%。结论该高效液相色谱法实验操作简单方便,准确度、精密度及重现性等均符合药典要求,可为各种药材和制剂中藁本内酯的质量控制提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of ligustilide in Radix Angelica Sinensis by HPLC with UV detection. Methods HPLC method was used with acetonitrile-water(80∶20)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min.UV detection wave length was set at 350 nm. Results Ligustilide showed a good linearity in the range of 0-2.26 μg(r=0.999 9),and the mean recovery rate was 100.1%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and precise,and could meet the requirement of quality control of ligustilide in Radix Angelica Sinensis.更多还原
