【摘要】 1956年到1966年中国农村的社员"小私有"政策大体分为三个时期:1956年至1957年的高级农业生产合作社时期,社员小私有政策相对宽松;1958年至1960年"大跃进"时期,社员小私有被"共产风"刮得一干二净;1961年至1966年的国民经济调整时期,社员小私有政策基本上恢复到了高级社的状态。十年之间,每当在农村生产关系变革方面滋生"左"的情绪时,社员的小私有政策就会紧缩;反之,社员的小私有政策就会宽松。这种政策变动走向,对农民的生活和农业生产的发展,起着不可忽视的或消极或积极的作用。更多还原
