【摘要】 当今世界女子排坛呈现出诸强争霸的局面,许多世界女排强队积极培育新人,为伦敦奥运会备战。中国女排也做了重大调整,补充了一些在联赛中涌现出的颇具潜质的年轻球员。研究认为,目前中国女排在人员配备方面还处于摸索阶段,队员之间还处于磨合期,不具备明显的技战术优势。2009年世界女排大奖赛中,新一届女排暴露出一传不稳、强攻不强等问题。对中国女排技战术现状进行分析,并提出中国女排今后的发展对策,以期为迅速提高中国女排的竞技水平和在世界大赛上获得优异成绩提供理论参考。更多还原
