【摘要】 目标的定位与设置,是人才培养的方向与标尺。通过对全国15所重点田径后备人才培训基地及88所高校高水平运动队、田径基地教员和主管领导进行问卷调查、访谈,并查阅40多篇相关文献资料,在同行专家研究的基础上,进一步对田径后备人才培养目标、竞赛目标、教练员的考核评价标准进行研究,为我国田径后备人才健康持续发展提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The direction or standard of talent resource development is the positioning and setting goals.The research focused on 15 national chief track and field reserve training base and 88 high-level college sports teams,teachers and leaders in the track and field base by conducting a questionnaire survey and making interviews.Furthermore,we have looked up more than 40 document literature.Based on the experts who are in the same filed analyzed,we make a detailed research and reform on the training goals of track and field reserve-talented persons,the competitions objective,and the coach’s examination criteria.We have to do in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis support for the sustainable development of our track and field reserve-talented athletics.更多还原
