新聘特岗教师自我和谐状况调查研究——以安徽阜阳2009年新聘特岗教师为例

【摘要】 本文采用自我和谐量表对481名新聘"特岗教师"进行了问卷调查,主要考查了新聘"特岗教师"的自我和谐现状。结果表明,6.24%新聘"特岗教师"表现出自我的不和谐。新聘"特岗教师"的自我和谐水平高于在校大学生。新聘"特岗教师"在自我和谐总分及分量表得分不存在性别差异,在出生地上也无显著差异。理科毕业新聘"特岗教师"的自我与经验的不一致得分显著高于文科毕业新聘"特岗教师"。因此,尽管新聘"特岗教师"自我和谐水平高于在校大学生,但作为一线教师6.24%的检出率也是不容乐观的,应加强新聘"特岗教师"心理健康教育工作,给予更多的社会支持。

【Abstract】 To explore the present situation of self consistency and congruence of new special station teachers,481 new special station teachers were investigated with Self Consistency and Congruence Scale.The results show that 6.24% new teachers are in self inconsistency.The mean score of self-flexibility is significantly higher than the norm(P<0.05).There is significant difference between the other facts and the norm(P<0.05)either,but they are significantly lower than the norm.There is no significant difference in gender,urban and rural areas(P>0.05).The new special station teachers graduating from science departments have higher scores than teachers from arts in self experience inconsistency(P<0.05).Although the level of self consistency and congruence of new special station teachers are higher than students in colleges,but the situation is still to be paid close attention to.So the self consistency of new special station teachers should be strengthened,and the new teachers must be given more social supports from society.
