【Abstract】 Beauveria bassiana stain TSB011 was obtained through mutating and rejuvenating by using the live insect of Carposina sasakii.The stain TSB011’s pathogenicity to Aslaarposina sasakii was confirmed by detecting lethality rate and microscopic examination paraffin section.The conclusion indicted that the pathogenicity could be improved through mutating by using the target insect.更多还原
