抗白粉病小麦-簇毛麦易位系92R149的利用研究

【摘要】 以携带有抗白粉病基因Pm21的小麦-簇毛麦6VS/6AL易位系92R149为母本、大穗高感白粉病小麦品系忻96-74为父本,通过杂交进行抗病、丰产基因的重组,调查了亲本及F2,F3的几个主要农艺性状,并进行了变异系数分析。结果表明,92R149所特有的抗白粉病和忻96-74的大穗特性可直接传递给后代,且杂种后代的变异极为丰富,可选育出抗白粉病且具大穗的优异单株。

【Abstract】 Powdery mildew is one of the major diseases of common wheat worldwide.Development and utilization of wheat cultivars with resistance gene is an efficient,economic and environmentally safe strategy to control powdery mildew.The 6VS/6AL translocation line 92R149(highly resistant to powdery mildew with resistance gene Pm21)as female parent,and wheat line Xin 96-74 with large spike,but highly susceptible to powdery mildew as male parent,through hybridization resistant and high-yield gene was restructured.The genetic variation of the main character of parents and hybrid F2,F3 was studied.The results indicated that 92R149 specific resistance to powdery mildewand Xin 96-74 features a large spike can be directly passed to the offspring and variation of hybrid progenies was very rich.Powdery mildewresistant and large spike plant were bred.
