【摘要】 目的:探讨介入治疗对早期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的疗效。方法:对33例股骨头早期缺血性坏死患者进行供血动脉药物灌注。结果:经过1～3次介入治疗后,临床症状明显改善,疼痛缓解。结论:股骨头缺血坏死的介入溶栓、扩张血管疗法对改善股骨头的血液循环,促进坏死骨质的修复,缓解临床疼痛及改善恢复关节功能方面,近、中期疗效肯定,技术成熟,可以在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussion of results of early intervention in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).Methods:Of the thirty three cases of early stage ANFH artery for drug infusion.Results:After 1 to 3 times after interventional therapy,clinical symptoms improved,pain relief.Conclusion:ANFH involvement of thrombolysis,the expansion of vascular therapy to improve blood circulation of the femoral head,to promote the repair of bone necrosis and alleviate clinical pain,Improve the restoration of joint function,Near the mid-term efficacy of certain maturity of the technology can be applied in clinical practice and in practice to be improved.更多还原
