【摘要】 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后并发尿道狭窄的常见原因和治疗措施。方法:回顾分析24例TURP术后并发尿道狭窄患者的病因及治疗资料。结果:本组3例由于其它原因不能继续治疗,10例单纯尿道扩张、11例手术均治愈。结论:尿路感染、操作损伤、导尿管影响、腺体残留均是尿道狭窄的常见原因。疤痕电切及定期尿道扩张是治疗尿道狭窄的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the main causes and treatments of urethral stricture after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods:The clinical data of 24 patients with urethral stricture who underwent TURP between January 2004 and January 2009 were reviewed.Results:10 patients were cured by simple urethral dilation,11 patients were cured by second operation,the other 3 patients give up for other reasons.Conclusion:The most common causes of urethral stricture after TURP are urinary tract infection,surgical injury,residual gland and effection of catheter.urethral dilation and minimum invasive proce-dures are the safe and effective treatments.更多还原
