【摘要】 目的:探讨预防造血干细胞移植(HSCT)后肝静脉闭塞症(HVOD)的有效方法。方法:对315例患者从预处理开始的体重、腹痛并肝大、腹水、总胆红素、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)等指标进行动态观察并分析结果。结果:仅2例发生HVOD。结论:丹参注射液可以有效地预防HVOD的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effectual ways of preventing hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD) after hematological stem cell transplantation (HSCT).Methods:To observe weight,abdominal pain and hepatomegalia,hydroperitoneum,t otal bilirubin,aspartate amintransferase (AST),alanine amintransferase (ALT),prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin (APTT) from the beginning of preparative regimen of patients,and analysis these results.Results:Two cases developed HVOD.Conclusion:Dansen for injection effectually prevents HVOD.更多还原
