【摘要】 目的:结合文献分析9例原发性骨淋巴瘤(PBL)的临床特点及预后。方法:回顾性分析9例PBL的诊断、治疗方法及预后结果。9例患者中5例仍存活,4例死亡。结论:PBL主要以B细胞来源及非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤为多见,临床治疗以放疗加化疗的综合治疗为最佳治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of primary bone lymphoma(PBL).Methods:Nine cases of histologically confirmed PBL of bone were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among nine sases,five patients were still alive while four cases died.Conclusion:The majority of PBL come from B-cell lymphoma of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Radiotherepy and chemotherapy are the main treatments for this tumour.更多还原
