【摘要】 目的:探讨足部钉刺伤后慢性骨髓炎的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾2005年以来收治的10例足部铁钉刺伤后导致慢性骨髓炎的患者,其中跖骨7例,跟骨3例,总结分析其早期诊断及治疗方法。结果:10例患者经治疗后均获Ⅰ期愈合,随访11个月～3a无复发,效果满意。结论:足部钉刺伤后导致的慢性骨髓炎,要做到及早诊断,积极治疗,可获得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate early diagnosis and cure of chronic osteomyelitis after nail stabbed on foot.Methods:Early diagnosis and cure of 10 cases chronic osteomyelitis after nail stabbed on foot who were collected and cure since 2005 year were reviewed and analyzed.Among metatarsal 7 cases and Calcaneus 3 cases.Resultes:10 cases were all cured.Curative effect was satisfying no recurrence by 11～36 months’follow-up.Conclusion:We should gain satisfied curative effect by early diagnosis and cure for chronic osteomyelitis after nail stabbed on foot.更多还原
