【摘要】 目的:探讨一种治疗初发性翼状胬肉的新的手术方法。方法:24例(24眼)初发性翼状胬肉,在手术显微镜下进行手术,保留翼状胬肉表面的球结膜及巩膜表面的TENON’S囊,在自然解剖状态下彻底分离切除球结膜下的翼状胬肉组织,同时行羊膜移植。术后随访15个月～37个月,平均(18.62±4.23)月。结果:24例(24眼)均治愈,均无复发。术中术后未见并发症。结论:手术显微镜下行保留TENON’S囊的翼状胬肉切除联合球结膜下羊膜移植具有是治疗初发性翼状胬肉的一种新的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate a new operation method of the excision of primary PTERYGIUM to prevent PTERYGIUM recurring.Methods:Twenty-four cases(twenty-four eyes) of primary PTERYGIUM were performed by operating microscope.The TENON’S capsule on the surface of PTERYGIUM was remained.However,the PTERYGIUM was separated THOROUGHTLY and excised and amniotic membrane transplantation was performed at the same time.Followed up 15 to 37 months,average(18.62±4.23)months.Results:Twenty-four cases(twentyfour eyes) are all cured.There was no recurrence and no complication during the operation and post-operation.Conclusion:Excision of PTERYGIUM remain the TENON’ S capsule combined with the amniotic membrane transplantation under the operating microscope is a new effective method to treat primary PTERYGIUM.更多还原
