斜齿齿轮泵困油机理与解除困油的方法
Mechanism and Solution for Oil Trapped from Helical Gear Pump
【摘要】 基于斜齿齿轮副的啮合特点,分析了斜齿齿轮泵的运行特性,推导了产生困油现象时的重合度计算公式。斜齿齿轮泵可以通过优化齿轮几何参数消除困油现象,给出了不发生困油现象的临界螺旋角与齿宽计算方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the meshing characteristics of helical gear pair,the operation characteristic of helical gear pump is analyzed.Computing formula of contactratio while happening oil trapped phenomenon is proposed and a conclusion that the phenomenon of oil trapped can be eliminated by optimizing the geometric parameters of helical gear pump is obtained.The formulas of critical spiral angle and gear-width without trapped oil phenomena are given in this paper.
