基于AMESim的压力-流量复合阀静特性研究
Simulation of Static Characteristic of Pressure-flow Composite Valve Based on AMESim
【摘要】 介绍了一种压力-流量复合阀,它应用压差式溢流阀稳定主阀工作状态,采用可变阻尼器与固定阻尼器串联而成的半桥式结构控制负载流量和压力。通过AMESim建模、仿真,结果表明,该阀的流量、压力控制特性良好,结构简单,其压力、流量与阀芯位移线性相关性较好。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced a new type of pressure-flow valve,which used differential pressure type overflow valve to steady the active state of the main valve,and used a stable damper and a variable damper for forming a half-bridge to control the loading pressure and flow rate,then modeled and emulated it with AMESim.The result approves that the pressure and flow rate are perfectly controlled,it makes the pressure-flow valve’s structure greatly simplified,and the linear correlation between the valve displace and the pressure(the flow rate) better.
