SRCA工艺在棕榈油生产生物柴油上的应用

【摘要】 研究开发了棕榈油制备生物柴油的SRCA工艺,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,以24℃棕榈油为原料,在优化的反应条件下,即反应温度200~280℃、压力6~10 MPa、mM t/mO ils为0.446~0.669、反应时间20~120 m in,生物柴油的评价收率为96.5%,产品酸值0.53 mgKOH/g;以棕榈酸油为原料,在上述同样的优化反应条件下,生物柴油的评价收率为94.3%,产品酸值4.56 mgKOH/g。在规模为2000 t/a生物柴油的中试装置上,以24℃棕榈油为原料,基本重复了小试结果,生物柴油的评价收率为95.1%,产品酸值0.62 mgKOH/g。在加工规模为60000 t/a生物柴油的装置上,按照小试的优化条件运行,得到生物柴油的评价收率为94.2%,产品酸值6.23 mgKOH/g。由24℃棕榈油和棕榈酸油制备的生物柴油质量基本一致,按质量分数5%调入到-10#柴油中,与-10#柴油相比,满足其质量指标要求。

【Abstract】 SRCA process for preparing biodiesel from palm oil and palm acid oil was researched,and reaction conditions were optimized.The results showed that the biodiesel yield was 96.5%,and its acid value was 0.53 mgKOH/g for 24℃ palm oil under optimum reaction conditions of that reaction temperature was 200-280℃,reaction pressure was 6-10 MPa,mass ratio of methanol and Palm oils was 0.446-0.669,reaction time was 20-120 min.For the palm acid oil,the optimum reaction conditions were similar to the conditions for 24℃ palm oil.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the biodiesel yield was 94.3%,and its acid value was 4.56 mgKOH/g.In the scale of 2000 t/a biodiesel semi-plant,the biodiesel yield was 95.1%,and its acid value was 0.62 mgKOH/g for 24℃ palm oil.In the scale of 60000 t/a biodiesel industrial plant,the biodiesel yield was 94.2%,and its acid value was 6.23 mgKOH/g for palm acid oil.The test results of biodiesel and its blends indicated that quality performance of biodiesel from 24℃ palm oil was similar to that from palm acid oil,and quality performance of the blends of 5% the biodiesels with-10# diesel could meet the quality standard of-10# diesel.
