油酸对轮古常压渣油胶体流变性的影响

【摘要】 在轮古常压渣油(简称轮古常渣)中加入一定量的油酸,采用Rheostress300型流变仪测定油酸对轮古常渣流变特性曲线、黏-温曲线以及触变曲线等流变性质的影响,并采用柱色谱法、饱和蒸气压渗透法(简称VPO法)、流变性参数法、Zeta电位法和小角X光散射法(SAXS法)分析了油酸对轮古常渣沥青质的含量、数均相对分子质量、缔合度和胶粒大小的影响,从而揭示油酸对轮古常渣胶体流变性影响的机理。结果表明,油酸能使轮古常渣沥青质的含量和数均相对分子质量降低,并使沥青质缔合度和胶粒平均半径减小,从而有效地改善轮古常渣的流动性能,使其黏度减小,触变程度降低,并在较低温度下呈牛顿流体状态流动。

【Abstract】 Some amount of oleic acid was added into Lungu atmospheric residue (LGAR).The effects of oleic acid on the rheological properties curve,viscosity-temperature curve and thixotropy curve of LGAR were investigated by using a Rheostress 300 rheometer,and the effects of oleic acid on the content,average relative molecular mass,aggregation number and mean radii of asphaltene colloidal particles in LGAR were analyzed by column chromatography,vapour phase osmometer method (VPO method),rheological parameter method,Zeta potential method and small angle X-ray scattering method (SAXS method) to reveal the mechanism of oleic acid affecting the rheological properties of LGAR.It was found that oleic acid added in LGAR could reduce the content,average relative molecular mass,aggregation number and mean radii of LGAR asphaltene,and consequently improve the flowing properties of LGAR,such as reducing the viscosity and thixotropy grade of LGAR,and making LGAR flow as Newton fluid at lower temperature.
