复合固体超强酸S2O82-/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2催化合成环己烯

【摘要】 采用沉淀、老化、浸渍、干燥、焙烧制备了复合固体超强酸催化剂S2O82-/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2,以环己醇脱水制备环己烯作探针反应,考察了反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂用量等对脱水反应的影响。结果表明,S2O82-/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2是环己醇脱水制备环己烯的良好催化剂,反应时间短,后处理容易,催化剂用量少,可重复利用,收率较高。其最佳工艺条件为:催化剂用量为环己醇质量的6.7%,反应时间为0.9 h,反应温度为150℃。

【Abstract】 S2O2-8/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2 Composite super-solid acid catalyst has been prepared by the methods of precipitation,preburning,impregnation,drying,baking and so on,and has done the related research for it.Cyclohexene was prepared by applying a novel solid acid catalyst S2O2-8/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2 as dehydration catalyst.The effect of catalyst amount,temperature and reaction time on the dehydration reaction had been investigated.The results showed that S2O2-8/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2 possessed many advantages such as shorter reaction time,higher yield,smaller catalyst amount,being disposable S2O2-8/Fe2O3/ZnO/ZrO2 and reusable.The optimized conditions for the reaction were as follows:catalyst was equal to 6.7% by the mass of the total reaction stocks,reaction temperature 150 ℃,reaction time 0.9 h.
