【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(0.14 mol/L的乙酸钠溶液)作为流动相,用Kromosil ODS-C18柱和紫外检测器分析甲维盐.三氟氯氰菊酯微乳剂。结果表明,甲维盐和三氟氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.10和0.12;变异系数分别为0.39和0.30;平均回收率分别:99.2%和99.1%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emamectin·cyhalothrin microemulsion was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography external standard method with methanol-sodium acetate buffer solution(0.14 mol/L sodium acetate solution) as mobile phase,using kromosil ODS-C18 column and UV detector.The results indicated that the standard deviation of emamectin and cyhalothrin were 0.10 and 0.12,respectively,coefficients of variation were 0.39 and 0.30,average recoveries were 99.2% and 99.1%.更多还原
