氧-17同位素标记的三(对甲氧基苯)磷氧化物(17O=P(C6H4OCH33)的合成及其结构表征研究

【摘要】 使用液溴氧化和水解有机磷的方法,合成了具有核磁共振活性的氧-17同位素标记的三(对甲氧基)磷氧化物(17O=P(C6H4OCH3)3).本方法具有产率高(>90%,即92.0%),易纯化等优点.并使用多核核磁共振-31P,17O,13C和1HNMR谱,质谱,红外光谱和元素分析以及量化分子结构优化计算(DFT)对所合成的化合物进行了结构和性质的系统表征.

【Abstract】 The novel oxygen-17 isotropic labeled compound of 17O=P(C6H4OCH3)3 was synthesized by application of liquid bromine oxidation of the phosphine and followed by hydrolysis with the oxygen-17 enriched water.This effective isotropic labeling methodology gives a satisfied highly yields with an efficient simple isolation procedure.The isolated pure compound of 17O=P(C6H4OCH3)3 was fully characterized using multinuclear (31P,17O,13C and 1H)NMR spectroscopy,mass spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis as well as molecular structure optimization and vibration frequency calculation with density functional theory (DFT).
