纳米材料影响细胞结构与功能的研究进展
Effects of Nanomaterials on Cellular Structure and Function
【摘要】 随着纳米技术的飞速发展,纳米材料为改善人们的生活方式展示了诱人的前景,与此同时,人们也逐渐为纳米材料潜在的危害性感到担忧。纳米材料对细胞结构和功能的影响决定了该材料的细胞毒性与应用价值。遗憾的是人们往往将研究重点放在细胞对纳米材料的摄取和代谢过程,而忽视了纳米材料对细胞结构和功能的影响。本文综合近几年的研究报道,简要叙述纳米材料对细胞膜、细胞骨架和细胞核结构,以及细胞某些重要生理功能的影响,包括细胞凋亡与自噬、干细胞生长与分化、肿瘤细胞粘附与转移和神经细胞信号转导。
【Abstract】 As nanotechnology develops rapidly,nanomaterials present numerous advantages,meanwhile their potential toxicity gradually draw our attention and worries.The toxicity and values of nanomaterials are largely dependent on their effects on cellular structure and function.However,most research has focused on the cellular internalization and metabolism of nanomaterials and little attention was paid to their actions on cells.This review outlines current reports about the effects of nanomaterials on cellular structures of plasma membrane,cytoskeleton,nuclear and cellular functions,including apoptosis and autophagy,the growth and differentiation of stem cells,the adhesion and metastasis of cancer cells and the signal transduction of nerves.
