【摘要】 目的探讨拇指指背皮神经营养皮瓣修复拇指远端软组织缺损的方法。方法我们于2006年8月～2008年1月应用拇指指背皮神经营养皮瓣修复拇指关节软组织缺损9例。结果皮瓣全部成活,经术后6个月～12个月随访,手指外形良好,拇指指腹饱满,皮肤无明显色素沉着。结论拇指指背皮神经营养皮瓣手术操作简单,安全可靠,临床效果满意,是修复拇指远端软组织缺损的理想方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the thumb dorsal neurocutaneous flap for distal thumb soft tissue defect. Methods 2006.8 ～ 2008.1 ,we applied the thumb dorsal neurocutaneous flap in thumb joint and soft tissue defects in 9 patients. Results All flaps survived, after 6 months to 12 months of follow-up, finger good shape, full thumb, no skin pigmentation. Conclusion thumb dorsal neurocutaneous flap is simple, safe and reliable clinical results were satisfactory, is to repair soft tissue defects of the thumb distal ideal way.更多还原
