电阻抗法进行细菌药物敏感试验研究

【摘要】 用自制的微生物电阻抗传感器和实验装置,测量已接种细菌的培养基电阻抗,并将细菌在培养期内取得的所有值描记成阻抗曲线图。因正常细菌培养基所产生的阻抗曲线图与在细菌培养基中滴加了抗菌药物所形成的阻抗曲线图形态有明显差别,这种阻抗曲线图的形态差别可用来判断细菌的药物敏感性。该研究对实现临床快速药物敏感试验,药敏检测自动化、智能化有一定的实际意义。

【Abstract】 In this study,our self-made micro-electrical impedance sensors and experimental apparatus were used to measure the impedance of bacteria-inoculated medium.Then the bacteria in the culture of all values obtained during the period were recorded into the trace impedance curve.Seeing the obvious difference in morphological change,we utilized the differed impedance curves in an attempt to estimate the morphological difference between the drug sensitivity of bacteria.The studies of clinical medicine for achieving rapid drug sensitivity test,automation and intelligentization of drug sensitivity are of practical significance.
