20R系列材料在油田三高环境的耐蚀性
Study on Corrosion Resistance Performance of 20R Series Steel Materials in Oil Field High H2S-CO2-Cl- Corrosion Environment
【摘要】 系统研究了20R,20R-Z35和20R（HIC）等压力容器用钢在油气田高含H2S-CO2-Cl-环境下的抗腐蚀特性,分析了在这种工况条件下20R系列材料作为压力容器用材的适用性,确定了20R系列各牌号材料的适用范围。20R（HIC）可以用于油气田三高环境下的压力容器设备,20R-Z35有一定的应力腐蚀敏感性,使用需谨慎,SA516-60和20R不宜使用。
【Abstract】 The corrosion resisting mechanisms of the 20R,20R-Z35 and 20R（HIC） series materials for pressure vessels in high H2S-CO2-Cl- corrosion environment are systematically studied.The applicability of 20R steel for pressure vessels in this service environment is analyzed,and applicable scope of each brand material is determined.20R（HIC） material can be selected for the pressure vessels in oilfield H2S-CO2-Cl- corrosion environment.Care shall be taken in selection of 20R-Z35 because it is sensitive to stress corrosion to some extent.SA516-60 and 20R can not be selected for this application.
