原油中盐含量测定方法的比较
Test Methods for Salts in Crude Oils
【摘要】 采用电位滴定法、电量法和电导法分别测定了石蜡基、中间基和环烷基原油中的盐含量,考察了几种标准方法数据间的相关性。虽然电位滴定法操作复杂,分析周期长,但方法取样量大,代表性好;电量法和电导法操作相对简单,分析速度快,电量法可代替电位滴定法在一般情况下使用,而电导法与电位滴定法和电量法分析结果差别较大。电位滴定法和电量法主要是测定能溶于水中的无机氯化物含量,所以在考察由于无机氯化物引起的设备腐蚀问题时,建议选用电位滴定法和电量法测定原油中的盐含量。
【Abstract】 The salts in paraffin-base,intermediate-base and naphthenic-base crude oils were tested by potentiometric method,electrometric method and conductimetric method,and data correlations of these standard test methods were studied.Potentimetric method is complicated in operation and long in testing,but large in sampling and good in representation.Electrometric method and conductimetric method are relatively simple in operation and fast in analysis.Electrometric method can replace potenimetric meothod in general testing applications,and there is a big difference in testing results of conductimetric method from potentimetric and electrometric methods.As potentimetric and electrometric method are mainly applied for testing water-soluble inorganic chlorides,potentimetric method and electrometric method should be selected for testing the salts in crude oil in investigation of equipment corrosion caused by inorganic chlorides.
