【Abstract】 High-throughout microarrays and high-sensitivity real-time PCR are applied in the researches of miRNAs. Many studies indicate that miRNAs,such as miRNA-21,miRNA-155,regulate the expression of different genes that play an important role in cancer cell invasion, migration and metastasis. These processes involve cell adhesion, extracelluar matrix degradation,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,angiogenesis.
