【摘要】 探讨载脂蛋白(apolipoprotein,apo)基因多态性与血脂的相关性。apoA,apoB,apoH,apoA-V,apoM基因具有多态性,有研究发现其基因多态性与血脂具有相关性,但是也有一些研究所得的结果相互不一致,甚至相反,还有发现人群或种族不同所得的结果亦不同。通过对载脂蛋白基因多态性的研究,揭示其与血脂的关系,以利我们从基因水平进一步认识和预防脂代谢紊乱,具有重要意义和广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein gene polymorphism and serum lipids .apoA,apoB,apoH, apoA-V,apoM gene have polymorphism, some researchs found that the apolipoprotein gene polymorphism is associated with serum lipids,but some researchs were not agree with it, and even holed the converse opinion, furthermore, some researchs have discovered that there are different conclusions when it is involved in different population or different race .It has great significance and extensive applied prospect in further realizing and preventing lipid disorders by researching and revealing the relationship between apolipoprotein gene polymorphism and serum lipids.更多还原
