【摘要】 目的:探查癌及癌旁组织中LOH12CR1基因的编码区突变情况。方法:收集结直肠癌患者术中所取的12例癌及癌旁组织,通过逆转录PCR的方法,扩增LOH12CR1的编码区并对PCR产物直接测序,将测序结果与GenBank中LOH12CR1的编码区序列进行比对分析,筛查突变。结果:所检测的12例标本中未发现异常。结论:在所检测的12对癌及癌旁组织中,未发现LOH12CR1编码区的变异,LOH12CR1与结直肠癌的关系有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mutation of the CDS of LOH12CR1 in cancer and adjacent tissues.Methods:The cancer and adjacent tissues were amplified by PT-PCR,and the products were directly sequenced in order to analyse whether there is a mutation in the CDS of LOH12CR1 in these tissues.Results:There was no mutation in the CDS of LOH12CR1.Conclusions:No mutation was found in the CDS of LOH12CR1 of the 12 pairs of cancer and adjacent tissues,and the relationgship between LOH12CR1 and colorectal carcinoma needs to be further researched.更多还原
