【摘要】 目的:研究玛宁江巴系统溶剂提取物对大鼠的利尿作用。方法:采用清醒状态下正常wistar大鼠,观察玛宁江巴各系统溶剂提取物的利尿作用。结果:玛宁江巴石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物有显著促进排尿的作用。结论:玛宁江巴利尿作用的有效成分主要集中于石油醚提取物及乙酸乙酯提取物中,可能是脂肪酸及黄酮类成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diuresis of dissolvent subsection of fruit Malva verticillate on mice.Methods:investigated diuresis action on these sane and normal mice by take the dissolvent subsection of fruit Malva verticillate.Results:The components abstracted from fruit Malva verticillate by Petroleum ether and ethyl acetate promote urinate.Conclusion:The components with diuresis action of fruit Malva verticillate were contained in petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts.It is presumed that the effective compounds might be aliphatic compounds and flavonoids.更多还原
