【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the stabil coat and stabil zyme effect of microalbumin in urine by ELISA.Methods: Under the temperature 37℃ and range of 2～8 ℃ stabil coat and stabil zyme were added to Microalbumin in Urine by ELISA for ELISA test on time,then estimate the stability of the ELISA kit.Results: These experiments showed that the shelf life of kit was more than 6 months.更多还原
