纤维增强复合材料摩擦片的摩擦性能

【摘要】 研究FB树脂、YSM树脂和ALPF树脂基复合材料摩擦片的摩擦性能,结果表明:FB树脂基摩擦片性能最优。FB树脂的最佳成型温度在170℃左右,此时摩擦片有较大的摩擦因数和较小的磨损率。提高摩擦片的密度可以增大摩擦因数,降低磨损率。

【Abstract】 Tribological properties of FB resin,YSM resin and ALPF resin matrix composites had been studied.The results indicated that FB resin matrix composite had the best performance.The favorable mold-temperature of FB resin was about 170 ℃,at the condition,specimens had low special wear and relative high friction coefficient.Friction coefficient of specimens increased with the increasing of density,but the special wear decreased.
