【摘要】 从生源质量、经费制度等方面分析我国高水平竞技体育人才培养模式存在的问题。阐述"校体企三结合"高校高水平竞技体育人才培养模式的内涵:依托高校,通过整合教育、体育和企业三大系统的优势资源,联合互动,共同培养高水平竞技体育人才。据此提出构建该培养模式的客观依据与着力点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study first analyzed the existing problems in the cultivation mode for high quality competitive sports talents from the aspects of matriculate quality,funding and competitive systems.It then discussed the connotation of the combined "school-sports-enterprises" cultivation mode for high quality sports talents: relying on the higher learning institutes,through integrating the advantageous resources of education,sports and enterprises,make combined efforts to cultivate the high quality competitive sports talents.It finally proposed the objective base and acting point in the construction of the cultivation mode.更多还原
