排球选修课创新教法研究

【摘要】 目的:通过和已有教学方法的对比研究,探讨适合现阶段排球教学的新模式。方法:对照班采用传统的教学方法,实验班采用创新教学方法。创新教学法包括:1)课前2分钟,每位同学根据自己的心理、生理感觉指标,选择本次课的活动内容,确定运动量及实现的目标;2)学习时采用"合作"的学习方式;3.课中强调体育健康理论与排球运动的结合,教师参与学生的活动并提问,加强师生的互动;4)设计学生课堂效果评价表;即实验班同学在每次课结束后,对自己本次课学习的效果有一个正确评价;5)采用锻炼感觉量表调控运动量的大小。结论:1)采用新教法体现了学生在排球的教与学过程中,既是一个"劳动者",又是一个"求索者"、"设计者"。2)充分调动了学生学习的主动性与积极性。3)改变了以往教师置于学生之上的观念,以师生共同研究、解决问题来代替。4)培养了学生的集体主义情感,激发了学生奋发向上的精神,使学生端正了生活态度,养成了乐于助人、关爱他人的优秀品质。

【Abstract】 Objective: With the comparative researches on the existent teaching methods,we probes into a new model and method adapting to the nowadays volleyball teaching.Objective: Comparing class adopts the traditional teaching method,experimental class adopts the creative teaching method which includes:1)2 minus before class,each student chooses activities according to one’s own psychological and physical feeling quota;2)To adopt "cooperated" way of learning;3)To emphasis on the combination of PE Health Theory and Volleyball game during the class,the teachers should attend students’ activities and have more interactions.4)To design the students’ class effect evaluation form,students from the experimental class must fill in the form carefully and give a just evaluation.5)using the exercise sensory scale form to control the exercises scale.Objective:1)This method makes students act as a "labor","explorer"and a "designer" during the period of learning and teaching.2)This method can motivate students’initiative.3)Teacher is totally in charge of the class is replaced by the situation that teacher and students can work together to tackle the problems.4)This method can also cultivate students into persons willing to help,cooperate and be optimistic in life.
