【Abstract】 Ecological compensation is an important environmental policy which plays a fundamental role in the regional ecological and environmental protection. This paper introduces the basic theory of eco-city and ecological compensation. On that basis, the paper analyses the legal issues existing in the ecological compensation of eco-city. In the last section, it discusses the function of ecological compensation in practice in the regional environmental protection combining with the case of China-Singapore eco-city.更多还原
