【摘要】 通过对可回收资源的拾捡和收集,垃圾拾荒者为社会节约了大量的社会成本,减少了资源的消耗并保护了环境。文章以北京市为例,在对垃圾拾荒者进行界定的基础上,构建北京市垃圾拾荒者所拾捡可回收资源的重量及其经济价值理论模型,同时结合对北京市海淀区、丰台区、大兴区等相关资源再生收购中心的调研所获取的资料,估算北京市垃圾拾荒者所拾捡资源的经济价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Waste pickers in the cities contribute themselves on a city’s development through their picking and collecting refuse,thus protecting the environment,decreasing the social costs and conserving resources.This paper is a case study of the contributions on resources of waste pickers in Beijing,estimating their economic value.It defines waste pickers and collectors,establishes a theoretical model on economic value of recyclables collected by them in Beijing and evaluates the total economic value of the recyclables,based on the field investigation and inquiry survey of the purchasing station of recycling recyclables in Daxing District,Fengtai District,Haidian District,etc.,Beijing,knowing about the price and the proportion of every constituent of waste they bought,in 2007 with the theoretical model.更多还原
