【Abstract】 China is one of the countries that established the EIA system in early times.A complete and rational legislative framework is one of the foundations to ensure the effectiveness of EIA implementation.This research is concentrating on the analysis of EIA legislation in China through the review and exploration on legislative background and key drivers to EIA legislative process.Based upon the literature review on recent researches about EIA legal system in China and the country’s specific background,several recommendations,combining internal measures on refining EIA legislation framework and external supporting mechanisms are proposed to improve the effectiveness of EIA legislative frame work in China.更多还原
