【摘要】 采用巩膜开窗植入、巩膜腔内直接植入及巩膜后肌锥内植入3种手术方式进行I期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座,并追踪观察其临床效果.巩膜开窗植入60例均无义眼座排斥反应;巩膜腔内直接植入22例中8例出现程度不同的义眼座外露等排斥现象;巩膜后肌锥内植入10例中均无排斥反应,但术后2例出现球后血肿,6例较长时间存在结膜囊分泌物.表明巩膜开窗植入羟基磷灰石义眼座临床效果满意.更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the therapeutic effects of hydroxyapatite(HA)ocular implantation at first stage under different operation methods,three operation methods of HA implantation were performed,including sclera windowing,direct implantation in scleral cavity and implantation into the orbital muscle cone.Patients were followed up for 5 years.Among the 60 cases undergoing sclera windowing,no rejection reaction was observed.As a comparison,among the 22 cases undergoing direct implantation in scleral cavity,8 cases rejection reaction,characterized as HA protrusion etc.,was observed.Also,among the 10 cases undergoing implantation into the orbital muscle cone,no rejection reaction was observed but post-eyeball hematoma was developed after operation in 2 cases,and long-lasting postoperative secretion in conjunctival sac was observed in 6 cases.Compared with other commonly-used operation methods,sclera windowing was significantly effective.更多还原
