中小学家校合作现状与对策

【摘要】 学校教育和家庭教育只有协调一致、相互配合并形成合力,才能使学校发挥出最大的教育功能,才能实现教育效果的最优化.然而,调查显示目前中小学家校合作在思想观念、合作频率、合作方式和合作效果上的现状并不乐观.建立常设机构,制定相关制度;创设和谐的合作氛围;做好教师和家长的培训工作;开展灵活多样的合作活动;注重理论研究和实践探索等是解决当前家校合作问题的对策.

【Abstract】 Only when School education and family education are in harmony,well coordinated with resultant force,can schools play the largest educational function and achieve optimum educational effectiveness.However,the survey indicates that the present situation of home-school co-operation in primary and secondary schools is not optimistic in terms of the ideas,frequency of cooperation,ways of cooperation and results of cooperation.Efforts need to be made to establish permanent institutions,make relevant systems,create a good atmosphere for cooperation,improve the teachers and parents’ training,carry out flexible and diversified forms of cooperation,and focus on theoretical research and practical exploration,etc.
