一株高产碱性聚半乳糖醛酸酶生产菌的分离与鉴定

【摘要】从土壤中经分离筛选得到1株产碱性聚半乳糖醛酸酶活力较高的菌株,并从形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征以及分子生物学方面进行了鉴定,结果表明该菌株属B.clausii。更多还原

【Abstract】 A bacterial strain highly producing alkaline polygalacturonase was isolated from soil. The isolate was identified to be a strain of B. clausii on the basis of colony characteristics, morphological characteristics, physiologica and biochemical characteristics and molecular biology methods.更多还原
