风速较大时森林消防队员人数确定与分配的数学模型
Mathematical Model of Sending and Allocating Fire Fighters in Forest Fires with Strong Wind
【摘要】 森林发生火灾,消防部门在接到火情后根据经验及时派出消防队员进行救火.森林救火的过程中有时也会碰到风力过大、长时间无法扑灭大火的情况,这时候派出的队员分为两部分,一部分人用于灭火,另一部分人则在下风口的远处砍出一段狭长地带作为隔火带.研究消防部门如何合理派遣及分配队员,使得火灾的总损失最小,为消防部门做出最佳决策提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 When a fire breaks out in a forest,the fire department,after receiving the notice,will send fire fighters to the spot in time according to their experience.Sometime, if there is a strong wind,the fire cann’t be stamped out soon.In this case,fire fighters are devided into two teams,one is to put out a fire,the other is to build a fire lane.This paper mainly discusses the way to send and allocate the fire fighters,so that the total loss can be minimized.The result may provide a good theoretical reference for the fire department.
