【Abstract】 The preference of the decision program can not be exactly determined by the projection of the decision program on the ideal alternative and the distance of the decision program to ideal alternative.We should think about not only the distance of the decision program to ideal alternative but also the similar coefficient between the decision program and the ideal alternative.A new degree of approaching based on the similar coefficient and distance is constructed.A new method of Comprehensive Evaluation is given.Its reasonableness and effectiveness is proved by the example.更多还原
